Founded in 2016 by the Nissley family, On Time Metal was built on a simple belief: every strong structure starts with a firm foundation. For us, that foundation is our faith, our family, and our commitment to serving customers with honesty and excellence.

While On Time Metal was established in 2016, the Nissley family’s experience in the building materials industry dates back to 2006, bringing nearly two decades of knowledge and craftsmanship to every project.

Based in Hiddenite, North Carolina, we provide custom roll-formed metal panels, wood trusses, and pole-building components for homeowners, contractors, farmers, and commercial builders. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and view every project as a stewardship of the time, resources, and trust our customers place in us.

Our Story

On Time Metal was founded in 2016 by the Nissley family with a commitment to provide dependable building materials, honest communication, and service customers could count on. While the company officially opened its doors in 2016, the Nissley family’s experience in the building materials industry dates back to 2006, providing nearly two decades of knowledge and expertise.

What began with just a father and his sons working side by side has grown steadily over the years. We hired our first two employees the following year, and from there, our team has continued to expand into the trusted source we are today for custom metal panels, wood trusses, and pole-building materials. Through that growth, our purpose has remained the same: honor God through our work, support our community, and help customers build structures that will serve them for years to come.

Today, On Time Metal remains a family-owned business, with the second generation of the Nissley family actively working alongside the founding generation to carry the vision forward. Having been part of the company since the beginning, they continue to uphold the same values of faith, integrity, and dedicated service that define who we are.
